Any three of the following four principles-
(1) respect for mutual contributions of resources and expertise (knowledge, skills, time, etc.)
(2) willingness to enter into a collaborative arrangement
(3) loyalty, trust, honesty and full disclosure of all material facts affecting the joint venture
(4) co-equal status and power of the partners (p. 29-30).
