Why do novice and experienced teachers often view classroom events so differently?
 
  a. Experienced teachers have a great deal more background on which to draw in making decisions.
  b. Experienced teachers are usually given the better classes where decisions are easier to make.
  c. Experienced teachers know how to get parents on their side and, therefore dont have the same difficulties to face as do novice teachers.
  d. Novice teachers dont know who to turn to for help in learning how to make classroom decisions.

Why are routines so important in the classroom?
 
  a. They make things more efficient so that the teacher has less work to do after school and on the weekends.
  b. They make it easier for parents to come in to volunteer if they know the routine.
