ANSWER: (1) Tier I would include enhancements in the regular classroom, for example, presence of technology to aid the student with visual impairments in reading .
(2) Tier II would include a well trained teacher to help oversee a program for a student with visually impairments in the regular classroom and possible tutoring or orientation and mobility training while in this classroom.
(3) Tier III would take place in a special education classroom and may include instruction in Braille, Orientation and Mobility, and other IEP goals.
