The principal of Pat's school met with all the teachers to decide on a uniform discipline plan based on set consequences that all teachers could use. What strategy is being used?

Pat was transferred to the junior high to help out with a tough class. A meeting was held that included Pat, the two counselors, and the principal. This group planned a technique that would be applied for effective management. All agreed that Pat would have to use such reinforcers as snacks, school supplies, and free time to change student behaviors. What strategy is being used?
