Sally's restaurant was in business for only four days. The numbers of customers on each of those days were: 7, 11, 9, 4
  Assume that samples of size 2 are randomly selected with replacement from this population of four values.
 
  Describe how you would go about finding the sampling distribution of means.

Question 2

A study conducted at a certain college shows that 71 of the school's graduates find a job in their chosen field within a year after graduation.

List the 16 different possible samples of size 2 and find the mean of each one. Since each sample is equally likely, each sample has probability 1/16. The sampling distribution of the samples means consists of the 16 sample means paired with the probability of 1/16.
