Answer to Question 2

Developers create residential, commercial, industrial and recreational projects. Residential projects can be large scale with hundreds of homes and community amenities such as pools and playgrounds and may also be as small as 2 to 10 housing units. Commercial projects include shopping centers, office space while industrial projects include warehouses and manufacturing sties. Recreational development would include parks, playgrounds, and resorts. One growing area of development is the revitalization of once blighted urban communities. With the focus on public transportation and proximity to home and office there is a growing demand for affordable inner city housing and commercial properties.
