Because of lawsuits, BigBoxStore recalls all of the Universal Communicators it has sold and then
  sells the Universal Communicator, version 2.0. This time, it has affixed a label on the device that says,
  May melt down on rare occasions. If a purchaser, who has bought version 2.0 and has had the device
  melt down, sues for negligence, the breach of duty here would be
