An ambulance travels at a reasonable speed to get to a hospital; its passenger was injured in an auto
  accident. On the way to the hospital, a truck hits the ambulance, and the passenger suffers additional
  injury. The passenger sues the driver of the car, from the first accident, and the truck driver. To escape
