Which of the following is a name given in some states to the court that exercises the function of settling decedents' estates?

Question 2

Per capita is Latin for by head and indicates that succession is to be determined by the number of people in a class or group. Per stirpes is Latin for by roots and indicates succession by right of representation, share and share alike
