Answer to Question 1

False

Answer to Question 2

During the editing stage of transcript production any shorthand outlines that were not translated because they were not in the dictionary or because misstrokes are translated. At this point they can be put into the dictionary for future translation. Any outlines that were mistranslated are retranslated into their proper English equivalent. And, finally, punctuation, capitalization, spelling, and so on are checked before final printing.
