A client of a family law office is concerned that she has signed a prenuptial agreement, and she has now discovered that her husband did not reveal all of his assets to her before she signed the agreement. He had his attorney draft the document, and she did not have legal representation. That prenuptial agreement:
 
  A) is valid since it was signed.
  B) is valid only in some states.
  C) might be unenforceable.
  D) is a valid contract that cannot be undone.
