Do you think that it is fair that the more equipment and supplies an agency offers its employees, the more money they would take for their split? Why or why not?

Answer to Question 1

Although the response to this question is personal, it should reflect the fact that the agency has to pay for the supplies and equipment in some way. The response should be fair for all parties concerned.

Answer to Question 2

Full-time employees usually receive benefits, part-time employees do not receive benefits, independent contractors are required to take out their own federal and state income tax, etc.
