Answer to Question 1

Who will take care of the deposition exhibits, whether or not a retroactive oath is necessary, when the transcript is due for trial, any special requests from the attorneys involving litigation support, how will the signing of the deposition and filing of the original be handled if they have not been waived, who will be charged for what portion of the deposition, etc.

Answer to Question 2

A conference held among the judge and different lawyers to a litigation where issues are talked about and, if possible, a settlement is reached before trial.
