Answer to Question 1

At a minimum, the landlord agrees to provide the space and with residential property guarantees the premises will be in a habitable condition. The terms of the lease agreement may include other items for which the landlord is responsible such as repairs, parking facilities, utilities, snow removal and security. The landlord has the right to receive the rents stipulated in the lease and the property returned at the end of the lease without damages to the property.
