Dresden signs a real estate purchase agreement in which he agrees to purchase from Tim all land and buildings located at 45 Walnut Street, Anytown, Alabama. The only structure located at that address is a trailer. Tim claims that the trailer is not a building, and still belongs to him. Dresden claims that the trailer was part of the purchase. The agreement does not mention the trailer, or contain any definition of the word building. According to the Alabama rules of construction, what question would the court have to answer to decide this dispute.
