The Helmbright Egg Farm has been in operation for several years. Although in a rural area, neighbors have complained about the odors and increased fly problem for the last several months. In addition, traces of chicken feces have been detected in the groundwater as much as two miles from the egg farm. A neighboring homeowner files a lawsuit against Helmbright claiming the egg farm is a nuisance and a trespasser. Has the egg farm broken the law? Explain why or why not.
