Answer to Question 1

They should be prepared to ask about minimum and recommended computer requirements with regard to new software. The ability of new devices to sync up to existing technology in the office is also a concern.

Answer to Question 2

Users added to the network should have limits placed on the software, databases, and files they can access on the file server. It may also be wise to prohibit certain Internet activity such as visiting certain websites or accessing personal financial information. These goals can be achieved by network protocols and passwords established by the network administrator.
