Metro Chemical Co manufactures chemical pesticides at its facility. An eighteen wheeler truck crashes into the plant when the truck driver suffers a heart attack and veers off the road and onto the company's property. In the collision, a chemical storage tank is ruptured and noxious fumes are released into the atmosphere where they are inhaled and cause illness to workers at neighboring industrial sites. Is Metro Chemical Co strictly liable for this harm?
