A products liability case based upon negligence:
 
  a. Requires proof of all of the elements of negligence as in any other type of negligence claim.
  b. Does not apply to a negligent manufacture of a product.
  c. Does not apply to a negligent design of a product.
  d. Will not allow the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur to be used.
