Joint tenancy with the right of survivorship is disfavored in the law because upon the death of a joint tenant:
 
  a. The decedent's share would go to the surviving joint tenants
  b. The decedent's share would go to her heirs or beneficiaries
  c. There are severe tax consequences
  d. Joint tenancy with right of survivorship is not disfavored in the law
