This response should include 1) the identification of the landlord and the tenant, a description of the leased property; the beginning and ending dates of the lease and the stated duration; the amount of rent, when the rent is due, method and method of payment; the requirement and amount of the security deposit; terms of the use an occupancy; covenants and obligations of the landlord and the tenants, including maintenance and repairs; and remedies in the event of breach.
