Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

The wild animal rule is that owners and caretakers of wild animals are strictly liable for any harm these animals cause to others. The domesticated animal rule is that owners and caretakers of domestic animals may be held strictly liable for any harm to others caused by the animals if they had reason to know of the animals' specific propensity to cause harm, and the harm suffered was due to that propensity.
