Legal professionals should encourage parties to enter into agreements because:
 
  a. Time is money in the legal profession and drafting these agreements takes time.
  b. When parties become involved in the settlement process, they are more likely to adhere to the agreement.
  c. It represents a compromise by the parties with which they will both be 100 satisfied.
  d. There is no fear of noncompliance by either party.
