Custody and visitation orders are always modifiable. Connie's husband has sole custody of their 7-year-old. Connie misses her son and feels that he should be with her. She was also told by a friend that if her son lives with her, she would not have to pay child support. If Connie moves the court to change the custody, what must she prove?
