When representing the plaintiff spouse, the first step in determining jurisdiction is to:
 
  a. Determine the domicile of the defendant.
  b. Determine which court has in rem jurisdiction.
  c. Determine which court has in personam jurisdiction
  d. Determine which court has subject matter jurisdiction.

Question 2
