You will need to determine the extent of contact desired by the parties. What is the degree of comfort the parties have with one another, and should this remain static or increase or decrease throughout the child's minority? Because they see each other at work, is the arrangement to remain private as to outsiders? Or will there be mutual friends and coworkers that will know about it? Are we anticipating in-person visits and other types of contact with the child directly, or will Sandra be updating Trina?
