Mary will complete a number of tasks. She must:
a. Review the abstract
b. Examine each document including deeds, mortgages, liens judgments, etc.
c. Review each restriction, covenant or easement and determine if they have a negative impact on the title
d. Review each mortgage, judgment or lien and determine whether they have been satisfied.

Answer to Question 2

They are manufacturing defects, design defects, and warning defects.
