Answer to Question 1

TRUE

Answer to Question 2

You have an ethical duty to never offer a client any legal advice. The client letter must only state the law researched, and must not provide any legal advice or strategy unless written and/or signed by your supervising attorney. An opinion letter can include legal strategy and/or legal advice, but those types of letters must be reviewed and signed by the attorney.
