Are there any ethical issues in sharing a Web page for attracting clients?

Answer to Question 1

The biggest challenge in using a single website will be to make it clear that there are two separate law firms. It would be inappropriate to give the impression that it is one law firm with two areas of specialty. There may also be confidentiality issues to the extent that the website is interactive.
