Microsoft offers a number of online tutorials. Corel's Quattro Pro provides tutorials within the program that can be used without the need for a connection to a website. Each program has content specific help within the program.

Answer to Question 2

Both have features which restrict how people may access documents (Protect Documents). Users may also remove or restrict metadata about the author and when the document was created or edited (Document Properties).
