In a law office that has a network, everyone may have access to all the information on the network. If the firm's database is on the network, what, if anything, should be done to limit access? What levels of access should be set up and why?

Different levels of access are wise. Not everyone needs to have access and it may be important to limit who can enter and edit sensitive information. To avoid keystroke errors or multiple entries of the same information, perhaps only one or two people should have access to enter and edit information. The rest of the office should have access to view client lists to check for conflicts.
