Answer to Question 1

A data repository is a central location where all information pertaining to a single file is stored. It could be a file cabinet or a network file server. In litigation, it is the source of information intended to be presented at trial. If stored on a network file server, it can be readily searched and accessed using a laptop in the courtroom.
