Yes. Under the rules, the meet and confer must occur 21 days before the scheduling conference with the judge. A written report of the meet and confer must be submitted 14 days prior to the scheduling conference. The scheduling conference must occur within 90 days after defense counsel has filed an answer or entered an appearance.
