Superior Court of Los Angeles, the Higgins children asked the court to void a provision in their agreement with the producers of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, requiring them to submit their disputes about the agreement to arbitration. The court ruled that the arbitration provision was not enforceable against the children. Why?
