Answer to Question 1

A videotaped deposition of a witness may be presented with a written transcript displayed simultaneously in a split screen. The transcript may be highlighted to focus on specific questions and answers, or it may be annotated. For example, the transcript may be used to point out what the witness said in previous testimony.

Paper versions of documents and displays should be brought as a back-up. Auxiliary power supplies can be brought in to keep equipment running.
