Answer to Question 1

Technology has changed the ways that trials are conducted, resulting in swifter and more cost-effective justice. Technology has eliminated, in some courts, the need for court reporters by making use of an audio system. Testimony from the transcript of a deposition can be displayed to compare to a witness's trial testimony. Computer graphics can be used to display a simulation of an accident. Timelines can be displayed to show a sequence of events.
