Answer to Question 1

Trial presentation programs are used to create graphics for presentations either as stand-alone graphics or as part of a graphics presentation, such as part of a PowerPoint presentation. SmartDraw is a graphics program that offer templates frequently used in legal and medical matters. They can be easily modified for the facts of the individual case. For example, they can be used at trial to show photographs of the damage to an automobile. Presentation graphics are not limited to trial situations. They can be used in any situation where an image will help explain a concept. For example, graphics can be used to show the legal description of a piece of property, and how another parcel is encroaching upon it.
