Who determines what equipment or systems may be used in a particular courtroom? How can any conflicts with this person be avoided prior to trial?

The systems that may be used will depend on what facilities already exist in the courtroom. It will also ultimately depend on what is allowed by the judge. The trial team must confer with the judge well in advance of trial to clarify what will be allowed.
