Answer to Question 1

With a network file server, all the files are stored in one location. That way, all the members of the legal team can have access to the same set of files. This will prevent duplication of effort, and make working on each case more efficient. A central server will also provide a higher level of security, since the flow of information is controlled by one manager. The flow of information can have centralized control, and access can be more tightly managed.

Answer to Question 2
