The United States Code is prepared by the Office of the Law Revision Counsel of the United States House of Representatives. The United States Statutes at Large are organized chronologically by sessions of Congress and date. The United States Code is organized by topic under different titles. Looking at other codes under similar topics gives the researcher a better overall view of the law.
