Answer to Question 2

In most states, prospective attorneys must have obtained a bachelor's degree from a university or college and must have graduated from an accredited law school. All states require a prospective attorney to pass a state bar examination. The candidate must also pass an extensive personal background investigation to determine responsibility and fitness to engage in an ethical profession.
