Least-to-most prompting is a method of fading across prompts. With least-to-most prompting, the least intrusive prompt is provided first and the most intrusive prompts provided only as necessary, from verbal prompts to gestural prompts to modeling prompts to physical prompts. The same sequence is subsequently repeated until eventually no prompts are needed.
