According to the text, what is perhaps the major philosophical question for Arab immigrants and especially for their children born and raised in the United States?
 
  a. Can I love Allah and America at the same time?
  b. Do I really want to be an American?
  c. What kind of American does society want me to be?
  d. Why are Americans largely anti-Arab and pro-Israeli?
