Which of the following is true about Cattell's approach to personality?

Why did Cattell aim just to study the personality of normal people?

FEEDBACK: Cattell's approach to personality was rigorously scientific, relying on observations of behavior and masses of data. In his research, it was not unusual for more than 50 kinds of measurements to be taken from a single subject.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: D
FEEDBACK: Cattell's aim was to study their personality, not to treat it. He believed it was impossible, or at least unwise, to attempt to change a personality before understanding fully what was to be modified.
