Answer to Question 1

Zone coverage is where servers pick up tables in addition to their assigned station.

Answer to Question 2

The specifics of those orders should be just as detailed as when taking a reservation. The host should know the restaurant menu well and up-sell using the appropriate suggestions. Repeat and spell the guest's name; repeat the guest's telephone number, menu order, and the time that the guest will be picking up the order. Then state the cost of the order.
