Eiswein is made from Beerenauslese-quality grapes, and the grapes are left on the vine until the vines freeze

Answer to Question 2

Stout is very dark ale flavored and colored by the addition to the brew of roasted barley.

Porter is somewhat like Stout but lower in alcohol and with a bittersweet taste.
