Answer to Question 1

The blue agave plant is the source of fine tequila. Found near the town of Tequila in Mexico, the agave is steamed and then fermented until a coarse wine is produced. Tequila drinks are: Margarita, straight with lemon and salt, with Sangria (a citrus juice).
