Answer to Question 1

Limiting one's personal liability for debts of an operation as well as for any legal judgments that may be imposed on the operation helps protect an individual owner's personal assets. Because this is true, in many cases business and tax advisors counsel operators to form an LLC or a corporation whose purpose, in part, is the limitation of liability.

Answer to Question 2

Green apple or ripe pineapple to gravel or flint; pear, lemon, lime, mango and papaya; vanilla, wet wool, butterscotch, toffee, toast, nuts and butter
