Which of the following is NOT true regarding staggered arrival phases?
 
  a. The first arrival phase should include those tables that will turn over the most.
  b. If the number of table turns is between 2 and 3, we need to create 5 arrival phases.
  c. If the table turnover is 2.55 that means 55 percent of tables will have to turn twice.
  d. If the table turnover is exactly 3, then 3 seating phases are needed.
