The student could answer this either way and be correct, so long as specific examples are used to support statements.

Answer to Question 2

The comment card can provide feedback on guest likes and dislikes, information on guest demographics, information about how a guest heard about the restaurant, and as part of a monthly drawing to win a free meal ( to generate repeat business.)
